It has been a long time that I am thinking this kind of idea, it is now that I materialize it. I hope and pray that God gives me more strength and wisdom to deliver a justifiable, righteous and fairness idea about Real Estate status here in the Philippines particularly in Cebu where now it experiencing its flight to the peak.
